Support

Something not working, or a question before you buy? Here's how to reach us. Most install and activation issues are sorted in a few minutes.

Before you email

A quick check that solves most reports:

Panel is blank or won't open: restart After Effects, then open Window ▸ Extensions ▸ EB. Make sure you're on After Effects 2022 or newer.
Activation fails: confirm the email and licence key match what's in your purchase confirmation, with no extra spaces. Check you're online for the first activation.
Moving to another computer: on the old machine go to Settings ▸ License ▸ Deactivate this computer, then activate on the new one. There's no limit on how often.
Lost your key: it's in the confirmation email from your purchase. If you can't find it, email us from the address you bought with.

Refunds

EB is a one-time purchase and keeps working on your machine after activation, so we don't do change-of-mind refunds. If EB won't install, won't activate, or won't run on a supported setup and we can't fix it, email us within 14 days for a full refund. Full details on the refund policy page.
